Opened in 2011, the Rimini Convention Centre is the largest new congress facility in Italy, designed by the architect Volkwin Marg who also designed the Rimini Exhibition Centre.

The building has a total of 39 modular rooms, covering a total of 38,000 sq m and 11,000 sq m of gross exhibition area with a maximum seating capacity of 9,000 people in addition to spaces dedicated to services, restaurants and offices.

The Convention center was built to be eco-sustainable with strong focus on energy saving and environmental quality represented by the light, the aesthetic element of greatest value which illuminates both the common areas and the rooms thanks to the natural materials used to make the interiors, such as stone and glass.

The Convention Bureau of the Riviera of Rimini has been operating since 1994 in the meetings industry and manages the activities of the Convention centre, offering a guided service for clients, and reducing to the utmost organization problems, timelines and resources, accompanying clients throughout the planning process of each phase of their events thanks to a highly qualified staff.
