Hotel Baia Imperiale and Brilla Restaurant

Elegant and exclusive with a panoramic view of the sea… this is the “Brilla” restaurant of the Hotel Baia Imperiale which offers its guests the chance to taste traditional local dishes.

It seats up to 140 people. Also ideal for weddings, ceremonies, business dinners, etc…

Our breakfast consists of a rich American buffet with sweet and savoury delights: cakes, mixed croissants, biscuits made by our pastry chef, tarts, assortment of fresh fruit, cold cuts and cheeses, bacon, sausage, cereal, toast, choice of eggs, etc…, all to be enjoyed in summer on our scenic terrace (except when the weather is bad) and in our restaurant in winter.

The Restaurant offers an extensive à la carte menu of meat and fish with a wide selection of appetizers, first courses, main courses, side dishes and desserts selected by our Chef Davide Frisoni, a native of Romagna!

For foreign guests the menus are translated into English, German, Russian and French.
