Some things to know about tourist tax:
The tourist tax is payable by those staying in accommodation in the Municipality of Rimini, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights.
NO tax is charged for:
children under 14 years of age DO NOT pay; people caring for patients admitted to health facilities in the municipality, at the rate of one person per patient; personnel belonging to the state and local police, to the other armed forces, as well as to the national fire brigade corps, staying for official purposes; each bus driver and tour guide assisting groups organized by travel and tourist agencies, every 25 participants;
Payment and Cancellation conditions:
Upon receipt of final confirmation of booking, a deposit is required amounting to 30% of the presumed total. If you cancel your booking at least 60 days before your check-in date, your deposit will not be lost and you can use it as a down payment for another stay of equal or greater total amount, within the current season, subject to hotel availability. For all other cancellations, loss of deposit. For any early departures, balance to be paid as booked.
In general:
The hotel has a private enclosed outdoor parking, and parking spaces. Reservations are required. Cost: € 20.00 / night / car (from 05/31/2017 to 04/09/2017)
Any unused beach days will not be refunded.
The management reserves the right to change rates according to its availability. Any changes to bookings must be accepted by the Management.
In case of no change being possible, the original booking shall be deemed valid
Any special dietary requirements are best notified before check-in (food intolerances, meals for children, etc …). The check-in is until 2 pm.
Check out before 10 am. The Restaurant hours (subject to variation depending on the program or Management provisions) are as follows: Breakfast from 7.30 am to 10 am – Lunch from 12.30 pm to 2 pm and dinner from 7.30 pm to 9 pm. The hotel provides free high chairs for children Parents or accompanying persons are responsible for the polite and respectful behaviour of their children during the night and in the restaurant.
Small pets are welcome in all areas except the restaurant, fitness center. Admission to the beach should be agreed with the bathing attendant. Any supplements can be requested at the time of booking.
